“To honor the history of Yaoi and recognize that many Yaoi fans are also creators in their own right, YAOiFEST is pleased to offer a number of panels geared towards artists and writers in addition to fun activities such as Bishounen Auction, Cosplay and Yaoi Improv. Ally Robertson, the CEO/Owner of Eternal Press has had the honour of working with and performing her Standup Comedy with Stand Up For Mental Health and she heavily advocates for Mental Illness survivors.
She was luck enough early on to recognize the importance of caring for her own illness, she suffers from Bipolar Disorder. SFMH helped her during a difficult period to work harder at allowing herself joy when she least felt the desire.
